 Oversee, guide, and direct the training, including preparation of materials for a multi-day training, implementation of the training, and monitoring and evaluation of the overall exercise. Contribute to the agenda and training materials for TCC’s training program, providing key input in areas of dialogue facilitation and training, best practices in training adult learners. Collaboratively design training materials on targeted topics and skills, including neutral, non-partisan observation techniques, community engagement and dialogue, conflict resolution or other issues as agreed TCC staff. Advice and support logistics for the Khartoum-based training, considering the target audience, operational constraints, communication strategies and administrative and programmatic issues. Perform other tasks as appropriate for the well-functioning of the training program.

 Supervise the implementation of PBA strategic plan, follow up on its implementation. Write quarterly progressive reports. Develop the annual work plans for the association in consultation with the different programsand submit it to the EO for approval. Supervise the implementation of the fund raising policy. Coordinate with the executive management in project proposals writing and development. Overseeing and supervising projects implementation and provide a technical assist for the staff. Identify lessons learned and areas of emphasis to guide programmes improvements.
