With a background in environmental science and urban studies, I view landscape architecture as the perfect balance of natural and social systems, capable of fostering community development through sustainable and beautiful design. After completing my MLA degree from the University of Michigan, I established my landscape career in New York City. Starting at Future Green Studio, then W Architecture and Landscape, I currently contribute my expertise at Marvel.I have contributed to and managed several urban landscape projects in NYC, including parks, plazas, waterfronts, and other public or publicly accessible spaces, often working with agencies on all levels of goverment. I also curate the Queer Landscapes platform, investigating the relationship between identity and design. My work is characterized by my dedication to creating landscapes that promote equity and well-being, making sure to honor history and context in the process.
