Products : HANDSETS, CDMA & GSM CONNECTIONS, RECHARGES, USB MODEMS & VAS PRODUCTS.Job Responsibilities:Kiosk Management. Managing handsets, connections, recharges, modems & vas product sales through VMI Kiosk (VMI branded outlet), managing sales through other channels like Big-Bazar in some promotional occasions, operating front office communication with customers, facilitating customers in problem solving,.Distributor Management. Looking after 23 CDMA & 14 GSM distributors of RoB. Solving their customer escalations, training on new products, physically visiting distributors & their top 5 retailers for checking product & offer visibility, informing about new products etc. Coordination with Authorized Service Centers for handset servicing matters, disseminating new products & offers. CAF Management of the circle. Pickup of CAFs from different POS & distributor locations of WB & submit those to the vendor locations & completion of order entry within SLA. Handling VTM CAF audit for RoB circle.Escalation Management. Resolving the complains of the customers, escalated by the call centre & providing end to end resolution & close looping, taking part in Service Camps, handling 1st level retention activity.Management Information System (MIS). Preparing & publishing CDMA & GSM daily activation vs submission MIS, daily escalation MIS, distributor & town wise daily-weekly & monthly handset service escalation report, distributor wise daily CAF pending MIS, daily SMS blast etc.Software used: Virgil, e POS, DCP, EVD, CCM, Know how etc. 2}

Products : HANDSETS, WALKY, POST PAY CDMA CONNECTIONS, USB MODEMS & VAS PRODUCTS.Job Responsibilities:Coordinating with sales team & different TVS & TVS for product (handset, recharge, modem, postpay scheme, higher purchase schemes etc), information & updated VAS products, directly interacting with customers at City Centre TVH etc. Collection Operations. Helping the collection FOS to solve their different customer related queries (e.g.- finding out outstanding amount, payment made or not), barring- unbarring, raising waiver request, sending duplicate bills, sending customer call details, customer's account statement etc.Complain Management. Interacting with customers to solve their different kinds of bill related problems, address change & modification, billing adjustment, payment posting complain handling etc. Management Information System (MIS). Maintaining daily Circle's Cheque Bounce MIS, sending physically received bounced cheques to the legal department & coordinate with them, Preparing daily MIS for the ROB circle's collection FOS's field activities, daily-weekly & monthly collection target vs. achievement MIS (town wise, FOS wise) etc. Back Office Operations. Preparing Vendor bills & submit those to the finance dept. & follow-up, sending legal notice to customers, interacting with different Organizations to inform them about certain schemes etc.Software used: e-CRM, BP Report, e-POS, Tallyman, Disha etc.
