Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI) -National Program Manager-September 2017 to present:Presently I work with FOGSI as National Program Manager for Manyata project which aims to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity by improving quality of maternity services through private sector intervention.Jivdaya Foundation-Country Project Manager for the Maternal Health Initiative-January 2016 to August 2017:I worked as a Country Project Manager for the Maternal Health Initiative and am now a maternal health advisor on Jiv Daya Foundation’s advisory board which is a Dallas based International NGO working towards reduction in neonatal and maternal mortality rates by strengthening quality of and access to specialized hospital-based neonatal and maternal care and implemented Electronic partograph system in 40 tertiary level medical colleges of India.FHI360:I worked as a Senior Technical officer with Family Health International, India Country Office from 2011 to 2015 and managed the STI and HIV component of the US$20 million Aastha project funded under the Avahan India AIDS Initiative by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF). Family Planning Association of India:I worked as Technical Program Manager for Global Comprehensive Abortion Care Project at FPAI from 2007 to 2009A medical graduate (MBBS) with a post graduate diploma in Gynecology and Obstetrics (DGO) and Hospital Management (PGDHA), I have conceptualized and managed service delivery facilities of and quality assurance at reproductive and family planning centers. I have worked on implementing policies, developing strategies and executing projects involving medical training and quality-of-care protocols on clinical services in 15 clinics, infection prevention practices and training of service providers.
