The two key brands in my current portfolio are Greenway Wetherill Park and Best&Less, with a total rent roll of over $80 million; however, other brands I have worked with during my time in this role have included Sanity and Honey Birdette. One of my greatest successes has been building high-performing teams who are motivated and engaged to deliver outstanding results and who are empowered to operate autonomously. Some of my other achievements include:• Drove the transformation of Greenway Wetherill Park from an externally-managed premises to an internally-managed, fully-leased operation generating a substantial increase in annual rental income.• Pioneered a substantial property initiative for Honey Birdette, which demanded relocation to LA mid COVID-19 pandemic to revitalise delayed building projects, redesigning stores, and progressing other capital works whilst establishing more effective partnerships with in-country teams.• Negotiated a high-value deal with Carl's Jr for their flagship Sydney store that doubled the rental income for the site. I subsequently managed the construction process, delivering the entire project within six months and under-budget.

Following the sale of the Bras N Things to Hanes Brands, I was invited to transition into the organisation as the Global Head of Property, where I:• Conceptualised and acted on an opportunity to transition Hanes from using external leasing agents to engaging in-house staff, which not only controlled costs but also provided greater oversight of the leasing and property management process.• Planned and executed the integration of Bras N Things leases and relationships into Hanes as an organisation. -
Global Head Of PropertyIretail Apr 2017 - Feb 2018Whilst working as the Global Head of Property, I worked closely with the CEOs of Sanity, Honey Birdette, Bras N Things and Mr Vitamins to oversee the property needs of each brand, comprising 465 stores with an opening and refurbishment schedule of approximately 70 sites each year. Some of my proudest accomplishments in this role include:• Held a critical role in the introduction of the company to the South African Market, establishing productive local relationships and identifying high-potential sites to deliver seven new stores within twelve months.• Coordinated the implementation of Lease Eagle, a dedicated property and leasing management system that streamlined reporting and created efficiencies, whilst promoting a consistent approach to property management.• Introduced coaching and mentoring programs that empowered emerging talent to take the lead on various brands and sites across a global market. -
National Property And Operations ManagerSanity Jan 2010 - Jul 2017MilperraFollowing Sanity's transition into an independent, privatised entity, I held a critical role in driving business transformation initiatives that supported the company to continued success in the wake of HMV and Virgin Music's closures. Some of the most effective projects I led during this period included:• Redefined the company's property strategy, relocating stores from flagship capital city spaces into more condensed sites in regional areas that secured new business and market share in alignment with company growth strategies.• Coordinated a strategic reduction in stores from 309 sites to 160 with an entirely different footprint that was significantly more profitable due to the ongoing research I had conducted to source sites in previously uncharted locations for the industry.• Negotiated significant rent reductions, which delivered substantial savings across a high volume of stores between 2015 and 2016. -
