MM Module Lead of the MAS Holdings account handling a team of 8 consultants. Responsible for the on-time delivery of major projects, CRs and all support tickets related to the MAS Holdings Account spanning all SBUs.In addition to the existing responsibilities of my previous designation, focus has shifted more towards important business Change Requests and Solution providing for complex business processes and scenarios.I have also been assigned to support the systems of Americo Group Inc, Based in New York, USA. This included a complete implementation to onboard 2 new acquisitions of Americo into SAP FMS.More concentration on the technical aspect, in order to debug system issues and get an overall understanding from both the functional and technical perspectives.

• Assigned to the MAS Holdings SAP Material Management (MM) support team. Responsible for executing solutions based on the understanding of the available functionalities, as well as the industry processes and practices being used in the Fashion and Lifestyle space.• Analysing, designing and proposing solutions for MAS that best fits their business requirements with solutions for defects and change requests, such as output/report changes, tool fixes and operational issues.• Preparation of functional specification documents, test scenarios, end user documentation and internal Knowledge Transfer manuals for the MAS SAP MM/WM/QM module.• Liaise with external vendors such as SAP support when issues needed to be escalated.• Learn and practice the latest concepts of SAP, including S/4HANA and related concepts. • Develop new tools and enhance existing ones to increase efficiency of the business.

• Led the task of handling and maintaining inventory stocks for GAP’s Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program and managed to reduce aging stock by more than 50% within 4 months of joining. Developed simpler methods to analyse stock through MS Excel and also implemented the automation of this process into the SAP ERP System to reduce manual work.• Actively involved in the latest initiatives such as the newly implemented GAP Speed model designed to greatly reduce the lead time of the garment from order to delivery. I was involved with the team spearheading this project and created the necessary documents and formats such as the Buy Calendar and supplier agreements. The current system was also modified to meet this according to the feedback given by my team. I am the main point of contact with the customer in this project and also handle the communication with GAP accordingly.• Collaborated on the latest MAS SAP ERP Systems upgrade, codenamed “Darwin”. Appointed as a ‘Power User’ in the department and assisted in extensive testing/changes made to the new system. I’m still involved in making improvements to the elements within the system.• Was a project member of value adding projects in GAP such as Lean/Hoshin projects. A significant project included analyzing all GAP suppliers and prioritizing based on volumes and sales. Then supplier consolidations and counter developments were carried out to reduce costs and gain synergies. This helped improve customer relationships as well.• While managing VMI, I also handled other GAP product ranges such as the Basic and Maternity lines of underwear.• Handling communication with overseas clients, such as GAP USA and Hong Kong, and foreign suppliers in the garment industry, from countries such as Indonesia and India.• Handled the creation of Seasonal Order Status Reports for the respective team members to follow, making use of macros to simplify daily repetitive tasks.Direct Reporting - Director, Merchandising.
