• Carried out an independent research project where I investigated the function of the Innovation department within the FCA and the integration of AI into the FCA. Presented my research to interns and managers. • Organised 15 interviews across two months for a case. Each interview involved working to some very tight deadlines, communicating with multiple colleagues, both within the FCA and externally, and drawing in information from multiple sources.• Organized a case mailbox containing over 3500 emails. Task was expected to take a few days, but by automating the process using my technological skills I was able to finish it in a few hours. • Created a staff survey, analysed results, and then presented the data to senior management.• Developed my understanding of financial markets and instruments, by sitting in on interviews with senior managers and analysing hundreds of documents.
