I have been working in IT for over 23 years, 21 of which are in the Digital Experience space. In that time my knowledge has grown in a wide spectrum of areas, and not just in technical matters.I have a business management diploma as well as team leadership experience.Currently at Catchpoint, in my 9th year, and in the role of a Solutions Engineer. Working with the Sales team, and prospects, to Demonstrate our comprehensive top class tools and services, but also to consult and strategize with prospects on their monitoring needs. I look to help to make sure that they can deliver the best possible experience to customers AND employees when accessing and using their various digital touchpoints. I also play many roles which make use of my versatility and experience with monitoring solutions. Technical, leadership and customer success roles.With Keynote, I was initially part of only 4 people in the European organization, which then grew and grew. I was 12 years with the company. When I joined this was a 'start-up' in Europe and I had to wear many different hats and this helped me gain a lot of knowledge in all aspects of business. My role progressed to providing technical consultancy on both a pre-sales and post-sales nature to one of our largest global customers. Highly experienced in web and mobile site and application monitoring, cloud, DNS, CDN, load testing, data analysis, scripting in KITE, MITE and DeviceAnywhere, networking, customer service, consulting and much more.Technical qualifications are a Catchpoint certified, CCA, iNet+ and KADA certification. I have also taken CCSA and CCSE courses.Before Keynote, I was providing support for both server based computing customers as well as checkpoint firewall and Nokia VPNs.My experience is diverse and still, everything I do, I do at the highest standard. Customer comments and survey responses have been constantly excellent year in year out. Also multi award winning in terms of annual prizes at work, including President's Club 2 years in a row now.
