Key success lied in setting up new operations from scratch for demanding clients. After 5 years at EXL, have spent the next 7 years at UBS. This opportunity gave me the biggest shift in my career thus far - from working as an operations manager in a global banking captive to being a Board Director and COO at the firm.Joined JP Morgan in Bangalore as Location Head for Asset & Wealth for Management Operations. Managed Credit Risk, Mortgages, Reconciliations, Retirement Planning processes over a period of 4 years.
