CurrentMarvel Strike Force- Hired as the First Dedicated Key Artist- Created high fidelity Illustrations for both in-game and marketing use- Worked closely with Marvel to maintain brand fidelity and visual standard- Created Concept to polished in-game Graphics, Icons, UI elements and Misc Assets- Posed 3D Character Rigs in Maya to be used in various key art pieces.- Lit 3D Characters in Marmoset to be used in various key art pieces.- On-boarded new artists onto the team- Moderated weekly team-wide Art Review meetings- Trained team-mates in 3D posing and lighting software and best practices- Worked with Production to define and integrate new best practices onto the existing pipeline.Additionally, I arranged, executed, and participated in team and culture building events such as Monthly Ladies’ Lunches, Weekly Bread Club, various D&I initiatives, and multiple bi-annual Game Jam projects.
