My expertise in utilizing cutting-edge tools such as Security Onion, MISP (Malware Information Sharing Platform), and BRO intelligence framework (now known as ZEEK) has enabled me to work with expert technical specialist teams. My experience in log analysis and visualization using Elasticsearch and Kibana has allowed me to provide monthly health check monitoring reports for all cyber sensor nodes, comprising hardware and software services. I am also highly skilled in providing onsite technical support for any infrastructure-related issues of cyber sensor nodes.

With extensive experience in IT support and multi-vendor products and technologies, I have provided on/off site client support for our company, an Elite Partner for Juniper gears and solutions. During my tenure, I led the successful POC for Fortinet firewall 60D for BANK ALFALAH and Juniper SRX 345 and EX2300 for the Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) in Bangladesh Computer Council. Additionally, I contributed to the PCI compliance audit for Juniper and Palo Alto gears for Uttara Bank.
