As HR & Admn. Services Manger Dec 2001 - Till Date Prime Responsibilities:• Recruitment through difference resources. • Lead a team of Administrative staff and PROs for timely issuances/renewal of all necessary permits, ensure proper updating of documents in files and System, timely renewal of Visa, Labor Card, Emirates ID for about 350 employees.• Formulate and implement various HR policies.• Undertake annual compensation benchmarking, Managing the appraisal process and advice Management for corrective measures.• Process payroll and timely leave pay and final settlements for employees and transfer through WPS.• Conduct employee orientations, development and trainings as per their need.• HRMS Software implementation - Implemented and Executed “Adrenalin” a complete self service module software for Payroll and HR solutions including preparation of processes, managing training programs, data preparation and conversion, orientation to all staff and the role players. Implementation includes preparation of process flowcharts and maps, maintaining a list of issues, actions and status, escalating issues of the project and responsible for all business deliverables, data loading activities and managing all activities related to data migration / conversion through to management of the testing and QA process.• Statutory & Administrative Functions: Organize all administrative functions which are required to manage the 3 difference companies such as Licenses, Civil Defense requirements.• Handling all legal matters pertaining to Organization.

 Joined the Company in Aug 1989 the position of Deputy Chief Accountant. Elevated to the position of Acting Chief Accountant in Apr 1992 Elevated to the position of Chief Accountant in Apr 1993 Elevated to the position of Finance & Administrative Manager in Nov 1997

• Responsible for accounting of 3 of it’s cost centre including its sales and stock.• Do periodical stock taking and tally with the stock and take appropriate action.• Also responsible for maintaining manual Accounts Receivable for the wholesale operations and follow-up of payments with an assistant.• Played a key role in implementation of accounting system through an in-house developed software developer.
