As the President and Co-Founder of IHSAAN Impact, I lead our organization's strategic vision and operations, which is dedicated to empowering underserved middle and high school students through mentorship and resource provision. I oversee the design and implementation of our mentorship programs, recruiting and training volunteer mentors who provide personalized academic support and life skills coaching.
