Leading as a Sr. Lead QA/QC Engineer leads in the development of strategies and processes of QA/QC department by implementing policies, procedures, regulations of quality control work and supervisory techniques to ensure that work is executed within specific methods, Project quality plan and guidelines and procedures that can assure high quality of services and products, customer satisfaction & improvements. Builds and implementing control system for suppliers, subcontractors & conducts site-audits as per ISO standards. Lead, Direct and Support a team of QA/QC Engineers for all kinds of site activities, Documentation and coordination with the Client Representative. Consider the implications of delays in QC as-built turnover documentation and bring to the attention of the Project Manager. Proficient in RCA & closures of NCR’s using CAR/PAR. Oversee the review material submittals and method statement submitted by the contractor to ensure the quality requirements and clients expectations. Attend kick-off meetings with Supplier/Subcontractors at site during start of a new activity at site. Ensure HSE and QMS Implementation at site for all ongoing activities. Coordinate and prepare snag list plan with MEP trades & close-out inspections with consultant. Coordinating with all of the contractors external QAQC units to insure proper application of all processes & Attend the weekly QA/QC meetings with the nominated subcontractors/Const. Teams. Supervise the preparation of Inspection CKL / Test plans and procedures as per Approved MST’s. Ensure Compliance with the site's health and safety regulations throughout the entire project. Developing plans and processes for work hanging over and lead the handing over process. Reviewing of all kinds of handover documentation such as O&M manuals, As-built drawings, Red line drawings, Training manuals, Test packs, Extended Warranty Certificated (EWC) & Test on Competition (TOC).

Preparation of Quality documents such as MAR, MIR, CQ’s, FDC, MST, ITP and Checklist (CKL), FAT Reports as per project standards/specs for consultant approval on ACONEX.Lead, Direct and Support a team of QA/QC inspectors for all kinds of site activities, Documentation and coordination with the Client Representative.Provide complete back office and direct technical support to all QC engr's for the project.Preparation of IAT (installation Acceptance Test) Documentation.Installation, T&C of Power Panels, LV switchgears, MCC panels, lighting panels.Follow up and coordination with the QA/QC engr's regarding all technical issues and construction problems at sites, raising immediately in coordination meeting if any issues or concerns lagging with quality of work.Attend walk-through with MEP Const. teams/Clients/Consultants.Follow-up Daily Internal Insp. carried out before consultant inspections to assure all works done as per the approved ITPS, CKL, MST, Shop Drawing, MAR, MIR & approved Mock-Up.Identify and document any deficiencies or non-conformities and work with the project team to develop corrective action plans.Prepare NCR reports and collaborate with contractors and sub-con to rectify issues.Conduct periodic quality audits to assess the project's overall quality and identify areas for improvement.Review and approve materials and equipment submittals to ensure they meet project specifications and quality requirements.Work closely with project managers, architects & stakeholders to address quality-related issues and make informed decisions.Ensure safety & health’ measures are in place to protect workers and the public, in compliance with regulations.Conduct a final inspection to confirm that all work meets the quality control plan and project requirements. Review and approve MST, ITP, CKL, PQP on Oracle ACONEX Work Flows assigned submitted by the contractor.Implement QMS requirements and conduct regular Audits. Review the contractor’s HSE plan and ensures that the safety procedures are followed at siteReview the contractor’s construction related ITPs, method statements and material submittals in accordance with requirements of contract.Review Sub-Contractor’s Pre-Qualification against all ISO standards are met. Review CQ’s Contractor Query submitted as per the Design Change. Review handover Doc.’s as O & M Manuals, Red-Line and Final As-builts, Training Manuals & Test Packs. Review and approve materials and equipment submittals to ensure they meet project specifications and quality requirements. Ensure all construction activities adhere to codes, regulations, and project specifications by monitoring contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Create and implement a comprehensive quality control plan, outlining quality standards, testing procedures, and inspection schedules. Inspect the site construction work and provide non conformity reports to highlight the deviations with respect to contractual requirements. Ensure the contractor liaisons with service and other authorities in a timely manner so as not to affect the progress of the works by attending meetings, monitoring agreed programmes and regular follow-up Identify any deficiencies/non-conformities and work with the project team to develop corrective action plans. Prepare non-conformance reports and collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to rectify issues. Conduct periodic quality audits to assess the project's overall quality and identify areas for improvement. Conduct a final inspection to confirm that all work meets the quality control plan and project requirements. Prepare and organize quality-related documentation for project closeout.

 Member of project construction supervision team in overseeing the installation and quality assurance of the MV/LV and low current electrical works, such as MV/LV cabling, Cable Trays, Cable Ladders, MV/LV transformer, MV/LV Switchgear, LV bus ways, Stand-by power generator, ATS, UPS system grounding and lighting protection system, Normal and Emergency Lighting system including the lighting control devices (DALI), Power system, Fire alarm system, Public address system, Security (access control & CCTV cameras) system. Ensure the site work executed in accordance with the approved Shop drawings, applicable codes and standards and project specifications and requirements. Attending and witnessing the Testing and Commissioning of the MV/LV & LC Systems. Examine electrical systems such as Testing of T/F, RMU’s, Capacitor bank, MDB’s, Control panels. Conducting Continuity & Megger resistance tests for wires using test equipment’s. Ensures safe operations including safety toolbox talks, site inspections & Field Risk Assessments (FRA's), safety work practices, safety incident investigation Compile reports. Stop construction of non-compliant installations and issuing Non-Conformance Notice. Issuing Field Notices (FN) to the contractor if work is not carried out as per the specifications and standards.

 Ensure that all electrical works are being carried as per the approved construction drawings and in accordance using standards.  Strongly follow-up with specialist & in coordination with all disciplines for 2nd and 3rd fix installations for final locaton Operations rooms; ICU rooms; X-Ray rooms; VVIP rooms . Co-ordinate design interfaces with Civil, Comm., Mech./ HVAC & plumbing Engineers. Attend meetings between consultants and client representatives. Preparing projects schedules. Coordinating submittals with consultant Engineers / client representatives. Preparing panel boards schedules. Electrical design works associated with lighting, fire alarm system, telephone system, LAN system and CCTV system etc. Submitting site comments to concerned engineers  Preparation Bill of quantity (B.O.Q) for all electrical works. Checking the Scope of work and Specifications.  Drawing evaluation material studies leading to approval. Coordinating with CAD operators to prepare electrical drawings. Reviewing the material and drawing submittals for the approval. Preparation of Shop drawing and As-built Drawings. Conducting Site Inspection for the works being done in accordance with Specifications, Bill of Quantities and with respected to Consultant Approved Drawings. Coordination of all Electrical related works with Consultant, Client and Sub-contractors and other related works. Ensure complete safety during consultant/client inspections and making sure to implement in all areas of work place to avoid incidents.

 Inspecting whether the works are done in accordance with Specifications, Bill of Quantities and with respect to Consultant Approved Drawings. Responsible for Estimation of electrical materials. Supervising electrical systems. Responsible to make changes in construction due to changes at site. Preparation of As-built drawings after final approval from consultant. Raising RFIs to the consultant’s engineers. Attending meetings with consultant’s engineers. Coordinate with Civil and Mechanical Engineers during electrical installations at site. Preparing weekly reports.

 Preparation of drawings (Lighting Power Layout) using AutoCAD. Software Design calculation for Sizing of cables, Breakers, Panel Boards, Power layouts, Panel Board Schedules, One line Power system diagram & other system schematics of Low current systems. Load distribution, cable sizing and preparation of panel boards.
