Organization of the distribution of grants and communication of the Foundation's activities. My job was to build a website for the foundation, the result you can see through the link.

The board has 12 members and we work as a team the whole year. I get to lead and work with an amazing team, meet and develop cooperation with our stakeholders. Also the legality of the activity in our association is my responsibility.

The role of the vice president is one of the largest in the board. The most important task in my job is to support and assist the president and other government in their duties. The vice president is responsible for managing the economy together with the financial officer, investing in assets, coordinating and developing business, and managing premises, goods and procurement. I have a lot of opportunities to implement my own projects, such as co-operation with our graduates' association (Pörssin Alumnit ry), and maintaining and developing our web sites and store.

In addition to my studies, I was a tutor for new business students. This included familiarizing new students, planning events, and collaborating with other tutors, our board of directors, and university staff.

As a member of the communications team, I designed and imported content to Spotlight´s social media channels.We upgraded the Spoltight website, which included designing the content and appearance of the web pages, and the biggest task for me was to create the written content of the pages.

I was a customer service at the Taxi Helsinki company. The customer service situations of this work taught me how important it is to be a calm and convincing when serving the customer. If you do that, the customer sees the service situation as smooth, reliable and useful for himself.

The job included servicing car drivers at the checkout and guiding the customer to the car wash line.Whether it was a precise driver or an uncertain driver, the best result was achieved with clear instructions and tranquility. I also learned in this work how small things make a service experience successful.

I was a Non Commissioned Officer in the fleet where I was responsible for our ships communications.
