My work focused on leading the lab on a range of projects and policy initiatives: •Conducted quantitative analysis of 777 responses collected from Boston residents in the 2021 Student Debt and Housing Survey, aiming to discern the influence of student debt on homeownership in Boston.•Analyzed the data from the 2021 Childcare Census Survey, including responses from 3,006 families in Boston, and published a detailed findings report.•Designed and launched the 2022 Childcare Census Survey in collaboration with Boston Opportunity Agenda.•Led the request for proposal (RFP) for the American Rescue Act Funding (ARPA) for Family Childcare Providers by working closely with the Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement (MOWA).•Organized community listening sessions with the Mayor’s Office of Women’s Advancement (MOWA).•Working in collaboration with Boston Saves on designing and evaluating the Child Tax Credit initiative for Boston residents.•Conceptualized and designed the menstrual health equity pilot project with the Mayor's Office of Women's Advancement (MOWA), which entails the installation of vending machines offering free of cost menstrual hygiene products at Boston City Hall and six Boston Public Library branches.

I am also involved in conducting research on the mental health crisis in Atlanta and reviewing and analyzing the COVID-19 Mental Health Response Plan in Dekalb county.

•Directed the execution and management of the Rural Ambulance Service (RAS) project in 36 districts of Punjab with the Integrated Reproductive Maternal & Newborn Child Health and Nutrition Program. •Spearheaded the implementation of ambulance service project and expanded the fleet by 200+ ambulances, targeting hard to reach areas in rural Punjab. •Executed the training and implementation of Antenatal Care Application (ANC) for community healthcare workers in 36 districts of Punjab and achieved 96% compliance and usage by skilled birth attendants across Punjab. •Monitored, analyzed, and reported weekly analysis on the usage of the ambulance service to the Secretary of Primary & Secondary Health Department, Punjab. •Identified roadblocks in program design and implementation and addressed them in regular team meetings. •Organized and administered regular training sessions with stakeholders to inform about updates on the ambulance dashboard and discuss issues faced by the call centers to improve the service.
