• Leads sales team, monitors their performance, and motivates them to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed set targets.• Receives sales targets assigned by the Head of Sales, distributes sales assignments to sales team, and follow up with the sales process. • Monitors the effectiveness of the sales process and advises/makes modifications as necessary with the collaboration of the Head of Sales to ensure that targets are met. • Provides coaching and assistance to sales team in customer relationship management to improve customer satisfaction.• Responsible for creating sales orders/reservations on CRM and maintaining comprehensive sales reports to be presented to the Head of Sales. • Works closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal and Funding Institutes throughout the whole sales process from reservation until execution.• Performs daily sales operations activities including, but not limited to, reservations, office archiving, electronic archiving, signing all bookings documents and contracts with customers, finishing the documents journey on time, and following up with other departments.

• Sells banking products to clients that include loans, credit cards, mortgages ..etc. • Understands customer financial needs and objectives and recommends appropriate product to the customer.• Provides customer service to the bank’s customers and manages all aspects of customer relationships.
