Hello! I'm Sam Heller, a passionate freshman at Virginia Tech majoring in General Engineering, with minors in Biology and Entrepreneurship. As Founder/CEO of Heller Designworks, I lead a team dedicated to solving environmental challenges through innovative designs, such as a kayak paddles built around filtering microplastics. Beyond design, I've managed and coached at Throw Inc., elevating monthly revenue and building group sales and communication skills. I'm also proud to have founded "Children of the Forest," a non-profit fostering outdoor experiences for high schoolers, and "Freedom Bicycles," restoring bikes for the underprivileged. Academically, I'm dedicated to my studies and have consistently made the Dean's List at Virginia Tech.
