CACS has been operating residential aged care facilities for over 50 years.As Chief Financial Officer, my responsibilities include overall management of the finance function including month end reporting, budget preparation, Board reporting, cash flow forecasting, regulatory reporting under Aged Care Act, payroll, business partnering, annual audit administration and statutory reporting.

Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of Residential Aged Care, Community Services, Retirement Living and Healthcare in NSW and QLD. Catholic Healthcare operates approx 40 residential aged care services and nine retirement living communities, two healthcare services and provides services to more than 4,700 people in the community. As Group Financial Controller, my responsibilities include management of revenue and billing, accounts payable, general ledger control, fixed asset management, fleet management, procurement, treasury and indirect taxation. I have extensive experience in the preparation of regulatory reporting requirements under the Aged Care Act, Retirement Villages Act and other government funded acquittal reports to multiple funding authorities. I have managed a finance team of approximately 40 staff including their development and performance.

My responsibilities as a Senior Manager included leading and coordinating teams planning and conducting audit assignments, resourcing staff and time management, monitoring budget and assignment performance against budget, cost control and client invoicing, preparation of Board and Statutory reporting. I have extensive experience in dealing with Boards and Audit & Finance Committees.
