With over 15 years of experience in the craft brewing industry, I am a creative and strategic leader who co-owns and oversees the marketing and sales functions of Against The Grain Brewery LLC, Louisville's only brewer-owned brewery and restaurant. My goal is to deliver the highest quality of beer, food, and brand experience to our customers and distributors, while growing the community awareness and appreciation of the craft brewing segment.I have a certificate in Basic Brewing Concepts from Siebel Institute of Technology, and I apply my knowledge and skills to produce innovative and traditional beer styles that appeal to a wide range of tastes and preferences. I am also responsible for designing and launching the packaging, branding, and marketing campaigns for our products, including the award-winning A Beer Super American Premium Lager, which was recognized for its original video and can design in 2020. I manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system and the distribution sales channels, ensuring that our beer reaches the local, regional, and national markets. I am passionate about providing the best service and experience to our customers, partners, and employees, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to grow and improve our business.
