In original design there is no pressure transmitter on anolyte tank, suggested to provide PT on anolyte tank it was analyzed that the seal is failing due to over pressurization of anolyte tank.Suggested Chlorine Evaporator inlet valve interlock modification.Suggested Ammonia compressor oil cooler cooling water line modification, as compressor tripping on high discharge temp.Initiated various energy saving scheme as energy coordinator.Successfully recommissioned VAR( Vapor Absorption Refrigeration unit) 650TR machine which was down from three years.Experience in commissioning sulphate removal systemSuggesting Chlorate destruction tank outlet line to anolyte header angle modification reducing back pressure in cell by 250 mmwc and ultimately increase in DC load of 2 KAH Suggesting modification in hydrogen venting system thus reducing hydrogen venting by 1000nm3/hr improving hydrogen utilization.Major contribution in six-sigma project for reduction of Hypo generation.
