I'm a senior customer experience professional who's passionate about uniting both technical proficiency and granular attention to detail with the human element of empathic, down-to-Earth interaction with users. I believe end-user satisfaction is everything, and I do whatever I can to make sure that they have the best experience possible with whatever platform.I graduated from the Junior IT Analyst (JITA) program offered by NPower Canada, with the Google Professional IT certificate, in December 2022. I have a strong passion for organized, welcoming and nurturing workplaces, which resulted in my being selected by management to help onboard new hires from time to time. Outside work, you may find me making electronic music with a home built studio running Ableton Live, which I taught myself to a high degree of proficiency over the last decade.
