For each patient I am required to document through a series of eFlowsheets including vital signs, intake and output, access, skin/wounds, pulse and neuro checks as well as complete a daily note including interventions in care. If a patient is on cardiac monitoring and/or continuous 02 monitoring, I am required to analyze telemetry strips and place notable telemetry events in the patient’s physical chart.
