Ensured the success of data-driven outreach campaigns & programs for a nonprofit organization committed to fostering community and building electoral power among Asian-Americans in NC.Managed paid staff and volunteers, canvassing & phone banking operations, and projects centered around community and voter engagement including our Voter Education programming and Voter Registration work.Led a 10-week field plan for the Fall 2022 General Election that resulted in knocking over 12,000 doors for our endorsed candidates. Victories included the first Asian-American women in the NCState Legislature and a NC House race won by just 600 votes that stopped a GOP Supermajority.

Served as the sole paid staff for a progressive District Attorney campaign centered around community, equity, and justice, where I assisted in the planning and execution of campaign actions, event organization, voter outreach and engagement, and campaign communications and social media. Helped manage many aspects of the campaign including planning and executing a field plan and fostering relationships with supporters, volunteers, other candidates, and community members and activists. In the end the campaign won the Democratic Primary election with 60% of the vote, winning the majority of the vote in both counties in the district, and went into the general election unopposed.

Helped manage day-to-day operations for a start-up consulting and training organization focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through effective dialogue strategies.Worked directly with the company partners in coordinating and creating virtual and in-person meetings, emails, newsletters, graphics, social media posts, and other communications.
