Currently teaching at Jack James High School as Learning Leader, Physical Education and Athletic DirectorFormer College Recruitment Coordinator for Babe Ruth Calgary Baseball, Scout with the U of C Dinos Women’s Hockey Club, and Associate Scout with PBR Alberta.As the College Recruitment Coordinator, I helped high school athletes find a place to continue their athletic careers. My main goal was to first help them recognize their passion in a degree, and connect it to an athletic program that would benefit not only the student, but the school’s athletic program as well. As a Scout, I identified potential athletes for the team. Scouted all throughout Canada and the US for the top players to join the Dinos Women’s Hockey Club.As an Associate Scout with PBR Alberta, I promoted kids throughout the province to help them with their dreams of playing baseball at the collegiate and professional level. Identified talent, assisted with showcases and other events, and played an active role with social media, rankings, and articles for the website.Former Winthrop Compliance and Student Services department in Athletics intern and recent Wingate University Graduate in the MASM program. During my time with Winthrop I was involved in all compliance and student success components and even assisted in hosting the Big South Compliance meeting in 2018.Was involved with the Athletics Department at Wingate. In this position I created and implemented marketing plans, most notably the NCAA Men's and Women's Cross Country Regional Championship, created sponsorship plans, assisted in ticketing for all Wingate home games, and marketing activation. Before Wingate, I was involved in the implementation of a new Physical Education program called 'Sport for Life'. This program allowed students an alternative to traditional PE. I had the opportunity to work with sport organizations and individuals who offered their services to the program. I did my undergrad in Physical Education at Minot State University. While there I was apart of both the Baseball and Hockey team.
