I am currently responsible guaranteeing high levels of customer service are sustained by myself and the staff I manage which ensures continued customer patronage. I ensure that the bar maintains compliance with the Licensing Act of 2003, Challenge 25 policy, Trinity Bar Policy in addition to our duty of care to customers. In additional to this I am also the liaison between the bar staff and security team and work with them to ensure that both customers and staff remain safe within the premises and we are able to deal quickly and efficiently communication issuesfrom the bar staff to security and visa versa

As the Senior Staff Co-ordinator I am often required to perform a multitude of tasks both managerial and customer service orientated such as supervising shifts, managing stock levels and ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained both by myself and by the staff I am responsible for.

As a part time contractor for Lit Consultancy I fulfilled a number of roles but mainly served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and another Director. The company would take on projects which required quick upscaling of a global workforce and I would be brought in to ensure consistency amongst staff and the Directors requirements.
