As a dedicated professional in the International Development sector, I am passionate about creating positive change through impactful programs and initiatives. With experience in program management, partnership building, and cross-cultural communication, I have a proven track record of success in delivering sustainable development outcomes. Previously as the International Development Manager at Netball Australia and Smash Down Barriers Program Manager at ITTF-Oceania, I worked closely with diverse communities and stakeholders to promote health, wellbeing, and social inclusion, using sport as a tool for development. I’ve also been engaged as a Monitoring & Evaluation consultant, drawing on my experience in program design, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve built many strong relationships throughout the Pacific, in countries such as Tonga, Fiji, Samoa & PNG, and I am looking forward to continuing to build connections across the globe as part of the Australian Volunteers Program.
