Responsible for recruiting trade professionals to the hi pages platform following their trial period and initial experience with our service. This role includes understanding our customers business needs and their potential for growth using our program.

In addition to the activities outlined below, this external facing role has allowed me to be responsible for identifying and managing new and existing customer database, developing quotes, and maintaining accounts, cold calling to source new customers. It has also enabled me opportunities to undertake a series of sales training courses.

In this role I was responsible for all phone and counter sales, developing purchase orders, managing invoicing, coordinating, and delivering twice yearly stocktakes, managing stock supplies including ordering, and coordinating customer events multiple times throughout the year.

In this role I was responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and packaging orders via telephone and email enquiries including managing a high volume of phone calls, and customer enquiries. This role also included regular stock taking, financial management including purchase orders and invoicing and reporting to management
