With programs operating in Washington, DC, the Bay Area, Chicago, New York, and National, the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to developing a new kind of energy leadership. The CELI fellowship provides young clean energy professionals who exhibit strong leadership potential with interdisciplinary educational training, leadership development, and a supportive professional community. The 8-month long program equips emerging leaders with the skills and expertise to lead the transition to a clean energy economy.

Coro is NYC's premier civic leadership training organization and a community of more than 2,500 alumni working in business, government and non-profit organizations with the aim of developing NYC leaders so that all individuals, communities and institutions participate in creating an equitable, just and engaged society. The Leadership New York (LNY) program is a competitively-selected, rigorous 175+ hour experiential leadership development program for mid-career professionals to develop the skills, civic knowledge and a multi-sector network to effectively lead change.

• Manage inter-agency initiatives to advance community wealth building strategies, including employee ownership • Create and advance sector-based inclusive workforce and business development programs in clean energy and healthcare sectors • Broker and sustain partnerships with City agencies, businesses, non-profits, and communities to drive economic transformation • Implement and manage Owner to Owner’s Campaign, an outreach and engagement campaign to educate 20,000 businesses on equitable succession planning strategies• Launching a cooperative workforce and business development program to upskill incumbent HVAC technicians for air source heat pump adoption and provide cooperative entrepreneurship training for HVAC firms (to launch Fall 2021). • Advising the creation of a Labor Coop Toolkit to popularize the practice of employee ownership within the labor sector to bolster worker power and advance equitable business development (to be completed August 2021)• Set strategic priorities and lead the Urban Design Forum’s Forefront Fellowship program on inclusive business development strategies for the building retrofit market enabled by Local Law 97 (March 2020-June 2021)

• Co-created and advanced Deputy Mayor’s inclusive economic development and business innovation portfolio for community wealth generation • Advised on municipal rapid response services for small businesses impacted by COVID-19 • Developed a the "Collaboration for an Inclusive Recovery" report distilling insights from 10+ NYC workforce and business intermediaries to support small businesses meet worker needs amid the pandemic and into an equitable economic future. • Launched Employee Ownership NYC, the nation’s largest municipal initiative to accelerate employee ownership that has reached 28,000 business owners in NYC

• Created and operationalized strategies for inclusive business growth, including transnational business joint venture initiative and emerging anchor procurement network • Briefed and prepared the Deputy Mayor for Strategic Policy Initiatives on all internal and external priority initiatives regarding community wealth generation, business innovation, and inclusive economic development • Launched the Equitable Industrial Development Initiative, NYC’s first Industrial Employee Ownership Business Conversion Program which educated 2500+ business owners on equitable succession strategies and yielded seven conversions • Managed 20 vendor contracts to maximize impact of inclusive business development programs • Advocated for and researched inclusive licensing and business development paradigms for the Economic Opportunity Subcommittee of the Mayor’s Task Force on Cannabis Legalization• Authored and managed production of the "Vibrant Democracy" section of OneNYC 2050, a strategic plan to secure NYC remains an equitable, prosperous, and resilient city in the future

• Led and managed the firm’s economic development and community-based urban planning portfolio with private and public sector clients • Spearheaded business analysis, urban planning, and community engagement services for Greater New York Hospital Association’s inclusive anchor procurement business development strategy

• Conducted research on China’s aging population in service of informing how the country must transform their infrastructure to meet their needs• Aggregated, analyzed and managed data for MIT’s Living Wage Calculator to support governments, businesses, unions, and communities calculate localized living wage estimates. The calculator helped set a living wage for large corporate clients (e.g. Patagonia) and community-based groups, and organized labor to advocate for equitable pay for working individuals and families.
