Created unique curriculum and associated learning objectives at my school with limited resources. Liaised with Chinese colleague to devise an effective syllabus for both adults and teenagers. This methodical approach worked highly effectively and improved my problem solving skills. Took initiative and collaborated with Thai colleagues as a team in improving the discipline of students in school. Established new guidelines for students’ attendance at my classes. Resulted in ~25% increase in attendance.

- Led campus tours, accommodation tours and presented talks as part of Open Days for the University of Leicester. Had to keep to strict schedule throughout eight to nine hour days. This improved my time management and capacity to meet strict deadlines. - Assessed new student Ambassadors through means of analysing CVs for core competencies. Was part of a select committee of experienced Ambassadors who were part of the recruiting team. Communicated effectively with line managers and colleagues throughout this hiring process, resulting in improved communication skills and problem solving.
