    During my tenure at Flyhomes I grew my team from 22 to over 375 in just two years, with roughly 80% of FTEs rolling up under me, driving ARR for the company from under $15M to approaching $50M while reducing sales turnover from 70% in the year before I joined to under 8% in the years I lead; I drove the forecasting model and facilitated the creation of a multi-year strategy for the company that included Flyhomes for Agents, an Independent Contractor Structure, lead nurturing, agent education and training, facilitated the creation of a Global Operations Team based in India, countless operational improves, brokerage state expansion, mortgage attach, web site UX, mobile app revamp, the structure of the marketing department, new compensation plans, and the company's values, mission, and vision. In addition, my leadership through the COVID pandemic dictated that we retain our front line staff while reducing our middle management layer - the opposite strategy of the industry leaders in April and May of 2020. This strategy lead to 40% YoY growth for the company in 2020, while some of the major names in the space were reporting YoY losses. The end result, looking back at when I joined Flyhomes as a A-round company through my departure after the C-round, was a $150M raise with an $800M valuation, an increase in valuation of more than 7X in the two years I ran growth for the company. What I am most proud of was the legacy I left in terms of building a diverse, inclusive, and even joyous culture for the teams I ran.
