● Trained and standardized six (6) REHS inspectors in the application of the FDA Food Code using FDA’s standardization procedure to meet Standard 2 of the FDA Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards.● Provides investigational, inspectional, and technical assistance to senior REHS and REHS inspectors in the department.● Provide recommendations and mentorship to five (5) mentee jurisdictions across the nation on the development of their continuous improvement plans and work under the FDA Voluntary National Retail Food Regulatory Program Standards.● Oversees the compliance of food safety and sanitization practices by conducting retail food inspections of various risk type restaurants. Issue citations/summons and propose penalties for non-compliance with safety and health regulations.● Management coordinator for the rabies control program and the well water program for the department.Assign cases to staff members and ensures operations are running smoothly. Provides consultation and directions to staff members.● Oversee all elevated lead levels in children for the City of Vineland.● Well versed in analyzing and reporting communicable disease related data for use in planning, response, and evaluation initiatives. Collaborate with neighboring health department REHS professionals, nurses, epidemiologists, and healthcare workers on a daily basis.
