As a Commercial Manager supporting the Speirs Finance Agent Network, I work in partnership with each of our agent's businesses providing relationship, operational, financial and commercial sales support through Speirs service solutions to support business growth. My previous roles have seen various roles including, strategic and operational management, exporting, economic development, corporate and commercial sales management, recruitment and HR solutions. From in-depth strategic planning, operational execution, business support, needs analysis, product development, market validation, export development, operational process mapping, through to transition and change management, I've been hands on with teams building and on-boarding a range of business and financial solutions to enable growth and business development to occur.
