Working across two secondary schools to:- Take strategic responsibility for the outcomes of disadvantaged students, serving as the organisational champion for these students. Adopting a relentless approach to improving their life chances, aiming to close the attainment gap between disadvantaged students and their non-disadvantaged peers nationally.- Lead on the effective use of the Pupil Premium Grant (PPG) and intervention budget, ensuring resources are allocated to areas of greatest need to maximise impact.- Oversee the delivery of public and internal exams and assessments, ensuring full compliance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations and awarding body requirements, to guarantee smooth delivery of qualifications and adherence to examination standards.- Line manage the Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) provision across two secondary schools, accountable for the planning and delivery of a comprehensive careers programme, ensuring alignment with the Gatsby Benchmarks, government guidance, and school priorities.

Working across our two secondary schools to champion the needs of disadvantaged students, creating an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters students academic and personal growth.* Leading Assistant Heads of Year and other assigned colleagues to ensure targeted support and guidance for disadvantaged students, resulting in improved educational outcomes.* Providing effective and timely reporting on the progress of disadvantaged students, to ensure transparency and accountability to relevant stakeholders.* Ensuring operational compliance with the Pupil Premium agenda, including annual Pupil Premium Strategy updates, website compliance, reporting to governors and trustees, and meeting all statutory funding requirements.* Managing the effective allocation and utilisation of the Pupil Premium budget, to maximise the impact of the grant.* Successfully attracting additional funding and support to enhance student progress, including securing SUN Alliance funding and leveraging the NTP effectively.* Coordinating a highly effective personalised tutoring program for the most disadvantaged students, leading and engaging with high-quality tutors utilising the NTP and School-led tutoring grant.* Tracking, monitoring, and promoting the involvement of disadvantaged students in whole-school life. * Collaborating closely with other leaders responsible for disadvantaged students within the school, trust and local community.
