As an IT Application Specialist at Bank of China in Turkey, I apply my expertise in industrial engineering and information technology to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of banking applications. My role involves collaborating with teams to develop solutions, integrate new features, and provide technical support.Prior to joining Bank of China, I worked as a CRM Business Analyst at Intertech, where I enhanced online banking applications for DenizBank. I collaborated with bank employees and developers to create user stories, scope canvases, and product documentation, while resolving issues and providing technical support. Additionally, I adapted to Agile work structures and Jira usage to integrate new requirements into existing processes.I also co-founded VISIONAI TECH, leading the development of CytoDeep, Turkey's first deep learning-based autonomous colony counter, which optimized microbiological analyses in the food and pharmaceutical industries. This experience honed my project management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
