I was often asked, “Aren’t you still only in high school”? As a small business owner, who started at 16 years old, accompanied by my father with my tools packed in our family SUV, people were surprised, to say the least, when I arrived at their door. In June of 2021, I began my own landscaping company that has now transitioned into a company focusing on commercial and residential property services. Starting so young gave me a unique opportunity to make mistakes while also networking and showing those in my town what I was capable of doing. Starting in my local community and now expanding to the surrounding areas, I have grown a passion for taking care of those around me and making their residential or commercial space feel like home. While pursuing a management and finance degree at Fairfield University, I plan to use my knowledge to better my company and hope to create more in niche areas that I am passionate about.
