I assist the Directors in the management of the company.I co-ordinate the production planning and activities such as planting,cultural practices, harvesting and sales. I also co-ordinate payroll, purchase and record keeping. I analyse sales and marketing.I am responsible for hiring, discharging and promoting workers and enforces rules and regulations of the company.I liaise with suppliers ,bank and other institutions such as FAREI, Universities.I evaluate financial statements , manage the company cash flows and make budget proposals.I ensures that workers abide to the standards of the MauriGap and Made in Moris certifications.In 2016, I co-supervise the industrial placement and master thesis of a Msc student from the University of MauritiusI am currently supervising the industrial placement and master thesis of an Ivorian student engineer . I am currently working on many challenging new projects.
