I'm currently with a Real Estate company out of Windsor (Galaxy Custom Homes) as a Regional Property Maintenance Manager for 3 Townhouse complexes. It is a perfect job for someone like myself. I am skilled and keep up to date with current codes in all standard trades and I personally developed a skill for appliance repair and small engine repair and maintenance. That coupled with the fact that most days require completely different skill sets (including dealing with Customer complaints) the job keeps me on my toes and satisfied.In the past my professional experience (as a high energy sales leader) with a history in high tech enterprise accounts landed me a very personally satisfying position, whereby I could apply my considerable experience as a relationship building, client/company balanced facilitator, to a business in Clean Renewable Energy. I was the proud North American Sales and Marketing Manager of Free Breeze Energy Systems. Free Breeze provided large wind turbines! My Son, Steven, started his own company after graduating at the top of his class in Architectural Design, Engineering and Construction but as many of you know, it is difficult to be a "one man army" when considering the many facets of running a business. Bottom line; I decided to join his new venture. The job includes long hours and hard physical labor but I was never been happier.Specialties: Customer Satisfaction, Project design, organization, project management,Our customer centered services and a willingness to (creatively) go above and beyond has us growing at fantastic rate. "If you help people to realize their own capabilities and potential they will excel".However, I'm always looking for exciting opportunities to keep me stimulated, so drop me a line if you have something that may be of mutual interest.
