I was the scrum master for 1 team and helped grow 3 new scrum masters into their roles. I also coached the Product Owners and assisted them with created Story Maps etc.

I was the Scrum Master for 2 teams. I taught the teams scrum and then assisted them. I also helped the other Scrum Masters and ran a regular retrospective for them so that we as a group of SM's could improve.

A very challenging project as this is remote development with the client in Pretoria and other development teams in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Technologies include.net, python, C++.
