Provide monthly accounting reports to Finance showing all materials received and entered into a Central Store, Water and Wastewater accounts and all materials distributed to all Citywide Departments and Divisions. Ensure minimum and maximum materials are kept in inventory. Work with Department and Divisions to ensure proper product quality and items are in store. Continually update and write new Warehouse procedures. Obtain price quotes from Vendors, select best purchasing options, generate purchase order requests and make purchases using blanket purchase orders, unpack and store inventory, issue, pack, load and deliver materials, parts, supplies, tools and equipment.
