Supporting stakeholder engagement and policy development within the Victorian Maternal and Child Health Service in relation to current Government reforms (Education State, Royal Commission into Family Violence, Roadmap to reform: strong families, strong children).

Australian Equality Party (2014-2018) was a political group founded on a platform that promoted equality and human rights, particularly in relation to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer communities. The party ran candidates in the 2016 federal election to highlight the issues facing those communities and to gain support for same-sex marriage. As a volunteer committee member I provide advice and executed on digital campaigns, email strategy, assisted in the development of the party's policy platform, and recruited and organised election day volunteers.

Change.org is a platform that allows people anywhere to start, join and win campaigns for social change. I helped organisations grow their movements and connect with supporters to help them achieve their fundraising, advocacy and awareness goals. I advised nonprofit and corporate clients​ on campaign strategy, email optimization, and​ ongoing cultivation and digital engagement​ ​of new supporters.

Alzheimer's Australia is the peak body advocating for Australians living with dementia and those involved in their care. As the National Policy and Programs Manager I was responsible for managing a team, developing policy documents, submissions and publications relating to dementia and carer issues. I represented the organisation on several Ministerial and Departmental Committees as part of the National Aged Care Alliance progressing the aged care reforms, and contributed to consultation forums and advisory groups on aged care, older Australians and disability care. I also oversaw the administration of several national programs that provided support services, education and information to people with dementia and their families and carers in the community.

Alzheimer's Australia is the peak body advocating for Australians living with dementia and those involved in their care. As a policy officer I assisted with policy development, advocacy work and managed three national consumer advisory committees that worked to ensure the needs of people with dementia were central to all policy and service development.

Working within the Aged Care Quality and Compliance branch, I assisted with the ongoing policy development and management of the national quality monitoring program for community aged care services. Including the development and roll-out of the Community Care Common Standards (now the Home Care Common Standards) across HACC, NRCP and Home Care.

I completed the graduate program between February 2008 - February 2009 working in three portfolio areas: Aged Care Quality, Pharmaceutical Benefits and Population Health. I worked on research projects, grants management, ministerial correspondence, policy development and program management.
