With over two decades of experience in leading enforcement operations in Australia and the South Pacific for the Department of Home Affairs, I have a proven record of excellence in safety, security, regulatory compliance, and senior stakeholder management.From 2017 to 2023, I spearheaded initiatives for the peak industry body for Australian airports (AAA), leading 250 regional airports in their transition to new airport regulations, assisting the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority to draft new regulatory standards, developing and executing National Airport Hidden Disability Programs, and heading the Australian Women in Airports Network.My leadership in the Protect Regional Airports Program resulted in securing over $100 million in Federal funding - showcased my ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, and all sectors, to drive initiatives that met the needs of regional Australian communities.In 2023, I shifted my focus to workforce development through leading the My Airport Career campaign - highlighting airports as employers of choice, while publishing a report addressing post-pandemic challenges in the Australian airport industry.Currently, I manage Regulatory and Contractual Compliance at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Saudi Arabia. Leading a team of safety, risk, and quality professionals, I am responsible for establishing compliance programs for the Terminals project. Through continuous engagement with diverse stakeholders, I ensure alignment and successful implementation of strategic objectives and performance outcomes.
