I help clients to design and deliver their Digital Strategy and Change ambitions. I favour a collaborative approach to problem solving and am experienced in doing so within large-scale, complex delivery programmes as well as executive level strategy development.I have experience in highly regulated environments in both the Energy & Utilities and Banking industries, with a more in-depth focus in governance, digital strategy, strategy execution and IT M&A.I am the Lead for our Technology Strategy team and am also part of the Sustainability Champion Network having completed the Sustainability Solutions Leadership Development Programme with the Uni of Exeter.Projects Delivered include:Rail - Operational Change Management & Programme GovernanceSupported the set-up and establishment of the governance for the IT Adoption programme of a > £1bn acquisition. Brought together the Operational Change Management processes across 3 parties – buyer, seller, and acquired organisation. Energy & Utilities - Governance StrategyDesigned a framework for transforming governance transparency and reporting and managed the process for the closure of > 50% of regulatory concerns within one quarter. Energy & Utilities - Digital Strategy DesignLed the development of Digital Strategy Papers for two critical business areas, managing client teams and writing both papers. Defined the strategic vision, business case and operating model for a Technology Partner Network capability to demonstrate an MVP and prioritised introductions with initial partners.

I worked across projects in IT Infrastructure Strategy, migrations and Service Management. I worked with Design Thinking and Agile Methodologies and had a strong focus on the business rationale and benefits of projects that I worked on.

I worked to support the writing of RFP's and RFQ's as well as providing a lot of data analysis for projects including complex datacentre migrations, Strategy and Resiliency.

I worked in business development in IBM's Technology Support Services business, working to connect with clients to whom we could add value through our support offerings, typically through cost-saving and pro-active support. Additionally, I worked on the account for one of the major banks, managing the UK orders for a significant international deal.

I spent 6 months working on a large customer account in the energy sector on the RFS team, managing RFS's for EMEA from request until handover to the delivery team.
