I have over 20 years’ experience in the retail industry spanning a diverse array of roles; from store level inventory and management, including setting up and opening new stores, through to support office category management and buying, replenishment and inventory management, and planning. This includes leading a master data management team during an SAP implementation, where I was responsible for managing and cleansing master data across multiple brands, diverse product types and countries. This experience was a key driver in my transition into consulting.Since this time I have worked as an SAP functional consultant for 10 years. I believe one of the most important aspects of my role is to develop a strong rapport with customers, which is enabled by the grass-roots retail experience of my early career.
