1. Develop, assess and audit potential suppliers for new part / project;2. Define and manage the execution of annual quality system and process audit for south China suppliers;3. Define and manage the rolling annual product safety audit program for all Asia suppliers;4. Work closely with project team on defining quality target (FUG, failure under guarantee), FMEA, PPAP, reliability test plan, product specification for new projects;5. Monitor supplier performance through monthly review market feedback (SCR) and identify room for improvement;6. Quarterly business review and cost negotiation with supplier, as well as getting feedback from internal demand flow/supplier quality/engineering organization to pursue material cost reduction, calibrate supplier performance and request corrective action in order for optimizing sourcing process and developing supplier to fit into business needs.7. Define and execute corporate sustainability strategy on safety and environmental compliance, this includes, but not limited to compliance to RoHS, REACH, Eu PAHs directive, Food contact directives, WEEE directive, ErP directive and so on, through annual compliance audit program.8. Define team performance objective and achieve objective through monitoring, motivating team players.

1. Review certified products construction, manufacturing process, manufacturing test program to make sure product consistently meet certification requirements;2. Provide practical and effective solution for non-compliance issues on safety and/or compliance;3. Develop training course and evangelize product safety knowledge among certified factories;4. Stay abreast with latest product safety evolvement and interpret appropriately the standard requirements internally and externally.

1. Review and approve manufacturing process index and quality control plan for new project2. Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions;3. Identify and statistically control quality characeteristics to ensure constant process and product quality4. Drive customer corrective actions, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions;5. Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality;6. Responsible for conduct internal audit for management systems(ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001) and host audit from certification bodies.7. Champ six sigma project to bring down DPPM and/or improve cost efficiency1. Prepare APQP and PPAP report for new projects2. Coordinate and manage business sustaining activities includes delivery schedule, product technical support, Supply Status Review and so on.3. Act as key person in supporting customer collaboration and communication role whilst maintaining company reputation and rapport.4. Take the lead in the efficient closure of customer complaints. Actively involve and drive Quality Improvement Plan to bring down DPPM level.5. Quarterly Pricing, Revaluation, Revenue Forecast Project & Business Review
