Manage the FX and Treasury teams in Asia Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai), responsible for all the risk management activities, including all FX flows (Spot, Forwards and Swaps) during Asian time zones. Also tasked with managing the bank’s official short term FX views and derivatives trade ideas, as well as the interest rate risk coming from customers’ deposits and loans placements. Thereafter, set up procedures, processes and introduced systems to greatly improve execution turnaround time • Set up an open architecture for the bank to execute FX derivative products with other banks that improved overall FX business volume by at least 50%.• Set up a Dual Currency Investment (DCI) and Option Pricer for the Marketing department which reduced 60% of the time spent by the desk on quotation requests, enabling them to have more time on product advisory.
