Currently working on my degree thesis and was hired (sep-23 to mar-24) as a Research Assistant by GIMEL for our project implementing a Hydrogen-based Biojet on ourlab’sjet engine.- Experimental design, testing bed design and instrumentation, and execution of experimental runs in a microturbine using various alternative fuel blends.- Currently working with the Colombian Aviation Authority and Industrial Partners by integrating the academy, industry, and government in the implementation of SAF in Colombia.

Entrepreneurship adventure by 4 undergrad students to design, manufacture, test, and operate a fixed-wing UAV to perform Antarctic exploration, in the context of the Colombian Antarctic Expedition.- MBSE performed to design the Guidance Navigation and Control system of the UAV.- Project Management to ensure that the different stakeholders (Colombian Navy, Colombian Antarctic Commission, and Investors) have their objectives met.- Complete aircraft design, test, and integration process using tools such as openVSP, XFLR5, and Xplane depending on the project stage. - Alternative Propulsion System analysis and trade studies (hybrid, electric, and combustion systems)

Led an interdisciplinary team in Rocket and Propulsion investigation where I:- Oversaw the management of the research team's budget impacting the activities for 30+ students.- Coordinated the participation of Delta-V in 2 international congresses with 4 projects.- Strengthened the team formalization and resource obtention.- Academic coordinator of a student-led Academic Congress, CODEAC, at our university.

Participated in and won hackathons and student competitions, such as:- Won the most impactful solution and overall second place in Space Hackathon World Space Week 2021: There we implemented a solution for Colombian fishermen using space data.- ActInSpace 2020: Where we developed a software solution to the Space Debris problem.- AIAA Space Design Competition 2021: We proposed a manned mission to the Martian moons.- Analog Mission to Mars Crew Member: For 15 days, we recreated a Mission to Mars in an Analog Habitat, we experienced complete isolation from the external world and limitations on resources.
