· Working closely with regional managers to ensure all sales and marketing activities are achieved within the budgets and timeframes· Identifying new business opportunities and introduce new products and income lines. Including retaining Quest accreditation on both centres.· Preparing monthly reports for client meetings.· Preparing business case documents to support projects.· Have overall responsibility for the implementation of the GLL IMS and industry compliance.· Use of AX2012 purchase ledger systems for raising purchase orders, invoices, and procurement.· Sales trainer for my region – training over 400 + staff on the company’s sales strategy and sales cycles.· Deal with any customer queries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
