We aced the London 2012 Olympics, one of the most successful caterers of the games and went on to sell our company for 6x EBITDA in 2017. And before all that, during the noughties, I was an award-winning Commissioning Editor and programme maker at BBC Radio One, and spent most of the nineties writing for the New Musical Express and dallying in music TV programmes.
