 Production monitoring through daily production reports. Review and authorize monthly production plan. Increase awareness, motivation and involvement of the production team. Co-ordination within the departments and intra departments. Setup monthly production plan and project production plan. Monitoring production activities and controlling production team. Resolving production issues that arise during the execution. Setup annual production quality objectives to improve productivity. Plan and organize to achieve targeted department objectives. Ensure the availability of necessary resources in the department. Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards. Impart necessary training and keep workforce motivated

Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.Reading structural fabrication Drawings and identifying the resource/Tool requirements.Machinery Wise Production plan Like Shearing ,CNC XY-Plasma Cutting, kaltenbach CNC Beam,Plate line,H-Beam Welding M/c C&Z-Purling and Sheeting lines.Distribution of work load to Fabrication & welding Sections in order to achieve daily production target.Preparing Layouts,jigs,for Trusses, Rigid frames,space frames,Girders,Conveyors, etc..Troubleshooting and solving technical problem and organizing daily work at shop floor.Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.Training to semiskilled manpower in FCAW,SMAW,SAW,Welding Process.Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement.Ensures allocation of jobs as per schedule, follow up by feed backs.Organizing quality circles in department.

1) Analyze sales needs and propose planning of couplets to ensure on-time deliveryfollowingstocktargetsandproductioncapacity.2) Production planning&controlling(daily,weeklyandmonthlyasperthepriority).3) Study of new drawings before its distribution to shop floor after its RM planning.4) Keeping track of the backlog jobs and planning as per the customer requirement.5) Propose weekly delivery plan by coordinating closely with production and sales teams toensure on-time delivery.6) Participate in weekly production planning meeting and weekly delivery meeting to ensure Proper Coordination
